I made a height chart for a project in Papercraft Inspirations a couple of months ago. Each section measures 12" x 6" so it's easy to make from scrapping supplies. I love these papers by Daisy D's, they are gorgeous colours and the collage designs are lovely. The pegs are from Lakeland or Tesco (I can't remember which) and used to record clothes and shoe sizes etc. When it is not used anymore I can fit it into my album to keep.
