I have had toothache for a month while waiting for an appointment at my NHS dentist. I had a crown fitted 10 years ago and a recent xray showed that there was a hole underneath.
On Monday I went to have it taken out and have to admit to crying on the way there, I am terrified of the dentist. By the time I was injected and ready to go I felt quie sick. It was horrid, the tooth shattered when he tried to pull it out and they didn't even let me wash the pieces out before carrying on. He drilled and then had another go, the same happened again. After loads of drilling, yanking and feeling like my head was being pulled off the tooth finally came out.
I have been in pain ever since, no sleep for 4 nights, dosing up on painkillers and antibiotics, the side of my face feels bruised and there are cuts in my gum. The pain now is worse than the toothache, I hope it clears up soon. If it's no better this afternoon I think I need to go back and have it checked, I don't think it should be this bad 5 days later.
Georgina's blog has a photo album with her bedroom pictures on it, I've phoned round a few surf shops to see if I can get any wall displays to decorate it further and managed to buy a few bits from Ebay.
I'll upload her palace photographs into another album for her over the weekend
